DURAN® gas distribution tube, straight mounted filter cup, Ø 9 mm, porosity 1 Gas wash bottles are required for gas filtration or cleaning, consisting of a gas inlet tube, a suitable bottle and a gas outlet. In this test setup, the gas is forced to flow through a liquid before it is released. The gas distribution tube is immersed in the liquid, the gas flows through it and impurities of the gas are bound in the liquid. The gas is cleaned or washed, so to speak. A filter plate in the gas inlet tube creates the smallest possible air bubbles, which thus form the largest possible contact surface.
