Reusing used cardboard packaging?
At neoLab, sustainability is not just a buzzword - we actively implement it as part of our neoGreen philosophy! An important part of our environmentally conscious behaviour is the reuse of used cardboard packaging. We are aware of the importance of recycling and do everything we can to help protect the environment. 

The reuse of cardboard packaging has many advantages:  

  • Environmental protection: By reusing cardboard packaging, we save resources and reduce the amount of waste.
  • Customer satisfaction: Many of our customers value our commitment to the environment and favour companies that act sustainably. By reusing cardboard packaging, we can satisfy our customers and improve our environmental footprint at the same time.
  • Cost reduction: The use of used cardboard packaging saves resources.

Quality guarantee: The reuse of cardboard packaging does not affect the quality of our products. The cardboard packaging is thoroughly cleaned and tested to ensure that it meets our customers' requirements.

Sustainable packaging material
At neoLab, we have set ourselves the goal of sustainably protecting our environment. For this reason, we rely on environmentally friendly packaging and only use paper as filling material in our shipping boxes. If we do use plastic, it is only because we reuse it from our suppliers' parcels.

Why do we use paper as a filling material?

  • Paper is biodegradable and can be easily recycled. Compared to plastic, paper is a more environmentally friendly alternative.

Why do we reuse paper filling material?

  • Environmentally friendly: we reduce the need for new materials and thus avoid the environmental impact caused by the production and disposal of filling material.
  • Sustainability: Reuse is an important step towards conserving natural resources and promoting a sustainable economy.

Quality guarantee: The paper filling material that we reuse is generally of high quality and can be reused without any problems and without impairing the protective effect.
Delivery time is an important factor in every order, and we at neoLab know that.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the following working day. This delivery time only applies to stock items where no additional procurement is required.
  • For any offline orders of stock items, we can guarantee delivery no later than the following working day.
  • For non-stock items, the delivery time may vary as we have to order these items from our suppliers first In this case, we will inform you of the expected delivery date as soon as we have more information.
We understand that fast delivery is of great importance to our customers That is why we are constantly working to optimise our processes and ensure that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
The costs for packaging and delivery are calculated individually on the basis of the non-binding order enquiry. If the order is suitable for dispatch as a parcel, the following regulations apply:

  • For a net order value of up to € 50.00, a Environmental Surchargeof € 10.00 (net) applies.

  • Within Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee for packaging and delivery of orders as follows: For a net order value of up to €150.00, a flat-rate delivery charge of €15.00 (net) applies. 
    Exceptions: 
    - If the order value exceeds the above-mentioned amounts of € 150.00 (net), there are no further costs for the dispatch of laboratory consumables. 
    - The shipping costs for deliveries of large equipment are calculated according to the actual cost.

  • For shipments of hazardous goods, a flat-rate shipping fee of € 18.00 per shipment will be charged. Shipping with wet or dry ice will be charged with an additional shipping fee of € 15.00 or € 30.00 respectively.

  • Shipping costs for orders within the EU and for third countries will be charged according to the actual cost
