Vivaspin® 6 can process up to 6 ml of sample in fixed-angle or swing-out rotors for 15 ml standard pointed-bottom tubes. The units are equipped with vertically mounted twin membranes that provide unprecedented filtration speeds and concentration factors over 100-fold. The remaining volume can be easily read from the printed scale, and the modified deadstop reservoir also facilitates direct withdrawal of concentrate with the pipette.
