Counting chambers Sedgewick Rafter, without counting net made of glass, with cover glass. For many applications, especially for APHA methods and in the analysis of large plankton species, a counting net is not required. This is where the Sedgewick Rafter chamber without counting net is used. The chamber is suitable for use with both upright microscopes and inverted microscopes. It can be used in conjunction with eyepiece micrometers such as the Whippie Eyepiece Micrometer.
