Thermo Scientific™ TSX Seriesultrafreezers are ENERGY STAR® certified and meet the highest standards for reliability, sustainability and temperature management. At the heart of the TSX Series is the V-Drive, which adapts to usage patterns, significantly reducing energy and HVAC costs without compromising performance,. All TSX Series freezers are manufactured in a zero-waste facility using natural refrigerants and water-driven foam insulation that comply with the U.S. EPA's Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP), the EU's Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas Regulation and other sustainability standards.

Performance characteristics:

No matter where samples are stored in the freezer, with a peak deviation of less than 5 °C, your samples will be protected and safe anywhere in the cabinet. *
Long warm-up time from -50 to -80 °C: 5.05 hours*
So quiet that it can be placed directly in the lab rather than in the hallway. At just 45.5 dBA, the TSX Series' noise level is comparable to that of a standard household refrigerator*
The V-Drive adaptive control is designed to detect events such as the opening of a door and subsequently increase compressor output. During quieter periods of use, the compressor runs at a lower capacity, saving energy without sacrificing refrigeration protection

Thermo Scientific™ DeviceLink™ is integrated with your ultra-low temperature instrument, providing real-time monitoring of system status and sample temperature.

View important instrument data and notifications through your apps and web applications.
Access data anytime, anywhere - data and alarms from monitored lab instruments are securely stored in the cloud and sent to the user via email and cell phone notifications.
InstrumentConnect™ provides streamlined, dashboard-style reporting, reducing the time spent interpreting data
Unlike traditional connectivity methods, DeviceLink™ is based on a client-cloud architecture that requires minimal IT support.
No sensor installation required - a single connection can be used to read various device data directly from factory-installed sensors.
Applicable networks: WPA2-PSK, WPA-PSK, WEP, WPA2-EAP-PEAP, WPA-EAP-PEAP.
