Eppendorf Centrifuge 5420, membrane keyboard, non-cooled, without rotor, 230 V/50/60 Hz

The new Centrifuge 5420 is designed for your routine molecular biology applications. The method spectrum includes DNA/RNA purification, DNA extraction from agarose gels and PCR preparation. The instrument features an extra small footprint to save countertop space and an easy-to-clean membrane keypad. You can centrifuge up to 24 tubes from 1.5 to 2.0 mL. Optional adapters extend the volume range to 0.4- and 0.5-mL tubes, as well as BD Microtainer® 0.6 mL. A rotor for 32 PCR tubes (0.2 mL) or four PCR strips is also available. For your safety, the standard rotor provides an aerosol-tight seal so that hazardous samples such as viruses, pathogenic bacteria or radioactive samples can be centrifuged.
