The stainless steel food probe (NTC) is mainly used for measuring the core temperature of food. Particularly practical for use in the food sector is that the sensor is EN 13485 and HACCP compliant as well as water-protected (to IP 67). It is also heat-resistant, as the sensor cable is made of PTFE.
