Testo® testovent 417 - Rectifier set

The air flow at swirl diffusers is highly swirled. This makes correct volume flow measurement at these outlets very difficult when measuring exclusively with an impeller anemometer and funnel. Depending on the flow direction with which the swirl hits the impeller, higher or lower measurement results are obtained. As a result, the ventilation system cannot be optimally adjusted. Patented volume flow rectifier testovent 417 Testo is the only manufacturer to offer a solution for measuring swirl diffusers with equal ease and accuracy. The patented volume flow rectifier testovent 417, together with a funnel, provides perfect support for volume flow measurement at swirl diffusers. The volumetric flow rectifier makes it possible to change the swirled flow into an almost uniform flow; which can then be reliably measured with an optional impeller anemometer. This set includes the testovent 417 volume flow rectifier and two funnels for ventilation grilles and disc valves (funnel set testovent 417). The funnels and the rectifier can be conveniently transported in the practical carrying bag. To measure the volumetric flow, you will also need a suitable impeller anemometer; this can be ordered separately.
