Quickly and easily monitor cooking times in the oven: The needle probe (TE type T) with short response time provides fast measurement results in conjunction with the appropriate measuring device. Its measuring tip is particularly thin - so hardly any visible puncture holes are left in the material to be measured (e.g. meat) during measurement. The heat-resistant cable of the needle probe can be passed through the oven or cooking cabinet door without melting.
