You can calibrate or adjust a Testo frying oil tester using the reference oil. Simply immerse the measuring instrument (in calibration mode) in the oil heated to approx. 50°C. For calibration, compare the reading on the meter with the printed value on the reference oil bottle and make a note of it. Or adjust the measuring device to this value.
