Testo® Industrial probe set - heated

A heated sampling system is required if the absolute highest measurement accuracy is required (e.g. in the case of high NO 2 or SO 2 content in the exhaust gas) or if a heated system is required by law in your country. This is because a heated system prevents condensation of the exhaust gas to be measured within the sampling system. Gaseous media are transported over short and longer distances at a constant temperature. For such applications requiring heated sampling, we offer our industrial probe set heated for extractive sampling of the exhaust gas to be analyzed. It can be used in combination with the testo 350 or 340. The heated industrial probe set is extremely easy to use and prevents condensate from precipitating or falling below the exhaust gas dew point within the sampling system. The heated sampling tube (600 °C) can be extended to a maximum of 3 meters with optional extension tubes. In order to be able to carry out a temperature measurement simultaneously with a probe length of 2 meters; the thermocouple (2.2 m) can be added as an accessory. You can also mount an optional pre-filter for measurements with high dust content.
