Testo® Frozen food sensor, NTC

The frozen food probe (NTC) is mainly used to measure the core temperature of frozen food. Thanks to the special handle and its screw-shaped tip, it can be screwed directly into the frozen food without the need for pre-drilling. Particularly practical for use in the food sector is that the probe is EN 13485 and HACCP compliant when connected to an appropriate measuring instrument (e.g. testo 110). The special handle is heat-resistant up to a temperature of +70 °C.
