Use the paddle-wheel probe with the matching testo multifunction meter (please order separately) to measure flow velocity, volume flow and temperatures up to +70 °C. Paddle-wheel probe with Bluetooth incl. temperature sensor - Features The measured values of the paddle-wheel probe are transmitted to your measuring instrument up to a distance of 20 m via Bluetooth. The clearly structured measuring menu for volume flow enables intuitive operation of the measuring device. Thanks to convenient input of dimension and geometry of the duct cross-section, the volume flow is calculated exactly. Time and point averaging, average volumetric flow, current measured value and min/max values are displayed in the measuring device. Particularly practical: Press the button on the impeller probe and operate the measuring device. For example, to save individual measured values for point-by-point averaging or to start and stop measurement series for time averaging. Wireless and space-saving: more applications, less equipment Unlimited versatility: A universal handle can be connected to all probe heads - so you can master more applications with less equipment and save space. The Bluetooth handle makes your measurements more convenient and reduces cable clutter in the case. Or order the cable handle to connect testo probe heads. This is an advantage if Bluetooth signals are not allowed. If the impeller needs to be replaced in the distant future, you can replace the probe head. If required, equip the impeller probe additionally with the extendable telescope with 90° angle and, if necessary, the telescope extension (both can be ordered separately; in combination 2 meter length). Convenient measurement at ceiling outlets is thus ensured. Intelligent calibration concept With the digital paddle-wheel probe, you benefit from particularly precise measurement results, as the measurement uncertainty is eliminated from the measuring device. You only need to send in the probe head for calibration - so the measuring device remains in use throughout. Application areas of the vane wheel probe with Bluetooth air/ceiling diffusers : With the vane wheel probe you determine flow velocity and volume flow at the air diffuser. When looping the grid cross-section, the flow values are integrated and averaged over a large area of 100 mm. This allows you to achieve precise measurement results with the loop measurement. For measurements on ceiling diffusers: The extendable telescope (1.0 m length) with easy-to-read scaling and 90° angle can be effortlessly attached to the impeller probe. The 90° angle ensures correct positioning of the probe under the ceiling. For high ceilings, additionally use the telescopic extension to achieve a total length of 2 meters (please order extendable telescope and telescopic extension separately). Poppet valves, ventilation grilles and swirl diffusers: For convenient and precise measurements on poppet valves and ventilation grilles, we recommend using the paddle-wheel probe with the funnel set testovent 417 (please order separately). This ensures simple testing of supply and exhaust air - as in controlled residential ventilation, for example. If you add the volume flow rectifier (please order separately), an impressively high level of precision is achieved when measuring swirl diffusers.
