Testo® 350 - Analysis box for exhaust gas analysis system

Optimal for professional exhaust gas analysis and industrial emission measurement on industrial engines, burners, gas turbines and in thermal processes: The testo 350 exhaust gas analyzer fulfills a wide range of measurement and analysis tasks, impresses in the long term with its industrial design and is also suitable for complex data acquisition. The testo 350 exhaust gas analyzer consists of two units You control the emission measurement with the testo 350 Control Unit (separate product) with clear graphic display. It is very easy to operate: the applications burner, gas turbine, engines and user-defined applications are available for selection in the menu. With the Control Unit, you can also remotely control the analysis box even if the exhaust pipe and the setting location are physically separated - particularly recommended for emission measurements at large plants. You need the testo 350 analysis box to carry out the emission measurement, because it contains the complete sensor system and electronics. As standard, the testo 350 analysis box contains an O 2 gas sensor, but at least one additional sensor must be connected for commissioning (operable with a maximum of 6 sensors). When connecting the optional sensors, you can choose between gas sensors for CO, CO 2 , NO, NO 2 , SO 2 , H 2 S or CxHy. The measuring range extension enables measurements to be carried out without restriction even at high gas concentrations. To protect the sensor system, the measuring range extension (dilution) is automatically activated in the event of unexpectedly high gas concentrations. The measuring range of a selected sensor can be extended by a certain factor. The service opening on the underside of the instrument allows quick access to all relevant service and wear parts such as pumps and filters, which the user can clean or replace. In addition, the testo 350 has numerous instrument diagnostic functions. Device messages are output in plain text and are thus easy to understand. The current status of the exhaust gas analyzer is always displayed. Operating the testo 350 analysis box The analysis box can be controlled with the Control Unit, it can also be operated in direct connection with a PC/notebook and the easyEmission software (via USB, Bluetooth® 2.0 or CANCase). After programming, the analysis box can independently perform measurements and save the results. It is also possible to display or transfer the measurement data from the analysis box to the control unit or to the software.
