Accurate metering is of particular importance in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. Traceable process conditions are a prerequisite for the safe conveying of sensitive media. This is ensured by a control accuracy of ±1 % and precise speed adjustment (5 - 120 rpm). In addition, an optional foot switch allows the pump to be operated in enclosed fume hoods. The parameters - speed, direction of rotation as well as on/off function - can be controlled externally either through the analog or digital interface. A choice of single or multi-channel pump head is available on this model. Flow rates vary depending on the pump head: for the single channel head, the flow rate is 0.38 - 813 ml/min; for the multi-channel head, 0.005 - 364 ml/min. Depending on the focus of the process, the following parameters can be set on the device: Speed, hose diameter, flow rate display, dosing volume, interval dosing and pause times. For optimal dosing results, the pump can be calibrated.
