Sartorius® Vivapure Q Maxi H

Vivapure Maxi ion exchange centrifugal columns are operated by centrifugation and contain Sartobind membrane adsorber technology as chromatographic matrix. The ready-to-connect units cannot run dry due to their design. For many protein purification applications, they can replace time-consuming column chromatography procedures. The fast, three-step protocol ( bind-wash-elute) is particularly suitable for screening applications where many samples are processed in parallel. Vivapure Maxi units are available with three membrane types and with medium (15-20 mg/unit) or high (60-80 mg/unit) protein binding capacity. Vivapure Maxi centrifugal columns are designed for use in swing-out rotors and can be run with 20 ml or 19 ml samples. Use in fixed-angle rotors is possible with a reduced sample volume of 10.5 ml.
