Sartorius® Vivapure AdenoPACK™ 100

Rapid purification of virus particles up to 1x1013. Vivapure AdenoPACK 100 is optimal for adenovirus purification of up to 200 ml cell culture supernatant. This flexible kit contains two AdenoPACK 100 units that can be used either in tandem for purification of up to 200 ml cell culture supernatant or individually for 60 ml cell culture supernatant. Purification is performed manually using a syringe attached to a retort stand. However, it is also possible to perform the purification using a peristaltic pump or an infusion pump. The products required for pump purification must be ordered separately. Membrane adsorbent technology: The AdenoPACK purification series is based on a patented membrane adsorbent technology, which has the advantages of a large pore membrane structure and the advantages of classical chromatography. The porous membrane adsorbers with high capacity, low differential pressures, high flux rates and low non-specific binding are ideally suited for small-scale virus purification. For processes requiring strong separation efficiencies and large sample volumes, AdenoPACK units are scalable to meet cGMP facilities as well.
