Microsart® RESEARCH Bacteria guarantees rapid detection of more than 95% of all known bacterial contaminants in only 2½ hours. Highly specific TaqMan® probes bind in real-time PCR to a conserved DNA sequence common to all bacteria (Gram-positive and Gram-negative).
