PCR lid strips reliably seal PCR strips and plates with 24, 48 and 96 wells, effectively protecting your samples from evaporation and contamination.The lid strips are optimally shaped to fit BRAND PCR strips and plates*, making them easy to open and close. To prevent contamination, the lid strips have two lateral retaining tabs for exact positioning before closing, as well as a small lug for opening on each lid. This prevents contact with the inside of the lid.The highly transparent flat lid strips are ideal for qPCR because they support measurement through the lid. For curved lid strips, thermal cyclers without pressure sensors exert a stronger force, further increasing the sealing effect.Due to clean room manufacturing, all lid strips are free of DNase, DNA, RNase and endotoxins.
