The premium version of the FRITSCH disk mill for efficient fine grinding of very hard, hard-abrasive, hard-brittle, medium-hard solids and for metal-free grinding: even safer due to the automatic locking of the grinding material container and grinding chamber, even easier to operate due to the simple motorized grinding gap adjustment with digital gap display as well as the presentation of all parameters on a clear display. Method of operation The material to be ground is crushed by pressure and shear between two grinding discs which act against each other and are coarsely toothed on the inside. It then falls automatically through the preset grinding gap into the receiving drawer. The desired final fineness can be reliably and reproducibly determined by the simple digital setting of the gap width. And it's that simple: Lock the grinding chamber at the push of a button, set the grinding gap and grinding time reproducibly and to the second using the plus/minus keys on the display, fill the samples into the hopper and start grinding. For particularly fast and continuous premium pre- and fine comminution of larger sample quantities, the disk mill PULVERISETTE 13 premium line can be combined with the jaw crusher PULVERISETTE 1 premium line. For this purpose, you have the choice between 4 different materials. Normally, you choose both grinding discs from the same material, which must in any case be harder than the sample to be ground. The disk mill PULVERISETTE 13 premium line is also available with a complete polymer inner coating of the grinding chamber for metal-free grinding. The polymer inner coating must be ordered separately under article number 13.3090.16.
