Matrix 1.0 ml tubes with V-bottom and screw thread in locking rack with barcode, amber/red These Thermo Scientific™ Matrix™ 1.0 ml tubes with screw cap in barcoded racks with hinged lids allow you to store your samples at low temperatures, even in the vapor phase of liquid nitrogen. The tubes, made of medical-grade plastics, are provided with a permanent, high-contrast 2D barcode. These tubes, in turn, are placed in a rack with a hinged lid, and the rack is marked on three sides with a one-dimensional barcode, a 2D barcode, and a visually readable label. This system is intended for use in combination with Thermo Scientific barcode readers, arrayers and capping systems. The screw-cap tubes with 2D barcodes meet a variety of requirements for manual and automated long-term storage. Since the racks are also barcoded, the racks can be easily tracked.
