Each individual package is now automatically inspected for freedom from particles, membrane filter integrity, perfect grid printing, clearly legible labeling, and location of the membrane outside the sealing zone.These membrane filters comply with the following standards: ISO 7704, ISO 7899-2, ISO 8199, ISO 9308-1, EN 12780 and ISO 11731-2.In addition, these membranes have been manufactured for use, especially when used with Sartorius nutrient carton discs, in accordance with applicable guidelines and standards: international pharmacopoeias (pharmacopeias), DIN and ISO standards, American Standards for water and food, mineral water regulations, brewery guidelines such as MEBAC or EBC, food industry recommendations such as LMBG, NCA and ICUMSA.All membrane filters are made of cellulose nitrate (cellulose ester), the material that reconciles effective retention with high flow rates and optimal colony growth.
