KNF vacuum pumps, LABOPORT®, type N840G The vacuum pumps type N 820 G / N 840 G are manually adjustable by means of a rotary knob and can therefore be used in a wide variety of applications. Due to the speed control the pumps are very energy efficient and quiet in use. The chemical resistant diaphragm pumps is suitable for very aggressive gases. It features a very small footprint and saves valuable space in the laboratory. The pumps of the new LABOPORT® generation are equipped with an easy-to-clean surface. Applications: e.g. rotary evaporation, distillation, gel drying, degassing, diaphragm vacuum pumps LABOPORT®, type N 820 G / N 840 G: - Delivery rate up to 2.04 m³/h - Adjustable by integrated speed control - Ultimate vacuum 6 mbar abs. - TFMTM PTFE pump head in combination with PTFE-coated membrane are ideal for very aggressive/corrosive gases and vapors - High steam and condensate compatibility - Integrated gas ballast valve - 3-color status display for in operation / stand-by / malfunction - Can be expanded: simply purchase and install separator and/or condenser separately. - ATEX-compliant according to II 2/-G IIB+H2 T3 internal atmosphere only - 100 % oil-free conveying - thus unadulterated conveying, evacuation and compression Tip: Combined with the vacuum controller VC 900 and control cable, the speed control is carried out according to the requirements of the process.
