Axiovert 5 convinces with excellent, fast results. After focussing the sample, the push of a button is all that is needed to capture razor-sharp images of cell or tissue cultures. The settings and parameters for images in transmitted light and with multichannel fluorescence are automatically adjusted. The superimposed multichannel fluorescence image including scale bar is saved in the metadata of the image file.

Combine Axiovert 5 with the powerful Colibri 3 LED light source and any microscope camera from ZEISS. This is the perfect setup for uncomplicated multi-channel fluorescence documentation. Simply switch between the channels for UV, blue, green and red and press the record button. The system takes over and automatically sets the exposure time, captures the image, changes the channel and starts again. That's it. You get a superimposed, multi-channel fluorescence image including scale bar.
