As soon as the magnetic coupling between the magnetic stirrer and the stirring rod is lost due to a speed that is set too high or changing viscosities, the stirrer is stopped, the stirring rod is re-centered and gently accelerated again. The process is repeated until the system is running reliably. mixWATCH ensures a very high level of operational safety, e.g. with containers and vessels that cannot be seen, but also with unattended operation overnight. mixWATCH is integrated as standard in 2mag steriMIXcontrol.
