Standard laboratory glass bottles are not designed to safely withstand pressure differentials. With a modified geometry, pressure plus+ bottles have guaranteed pressure resistance, providing optimum safety for both the user and the contents. The special geometry continues to comply with ISO 4796-1:2016 to ensure equipment compatibility. The pressure plus+ bottles are certified according to DIN EN 1595. The bottles are molded from high-purity, clear USP/EP Type I borosilicate glass 3.3, known for its excellent thermal behavior and high resistance to chemical attack. The bottles feature an easy-to-read graduated volume scale and a durable blue enamel labeling panel. The permanently printed batch identification ("Retrace Code") on each bottle guarantees full traceability of production.
