Details

Disposable reflector tips, the so-called CuveTip®, are used for measurement with the Photopette®. In contrast to conventional photometer measurements, only a small volume of the analyte is required. The liquid to be measured flows into the CuveTips® by itself; active sample transfer into the cuvette is not necessary. A minimum volume of 40 μl is required to fill the cavity of the CuveTip®. This volume can be recovered after the measurement.
