The XXprep Kit for total RNA (from tissue, cells, bacteria) enables you to extract total RNA quickly and efficiently.
The special lysis buffer system guarantees the isolation of intact RNA and sustainably inactivates endogenous and exogenous RNases.
Genomic DNA is removed via an optimized precolumn included in the kit. This completely eliminates the need for DNase I digestion.
The RNA is then bound to a second Spin Filter membrane, washed and eluted with RNase-free water.
Thus, the extraction process can be completed in as little as 15-40 minutes, depending on the starting material. The extraction chemistry and protocol are
are optimized to achieve maximum yield.
