SERVA SERVAGel™ TG PRiME™ 10 % ready-to-use gel, 12 sample bags

The SERVAGel™ TG PRiME™ 10 % ready-to-use gel has an in-house developed modified Tris/glycine buffer system, which not only guarantees a significantly extended shelf life compared to classical Tris/glycine gels according to Laemmli, but also allows short electrophoresis times when using standard Tris/glycine sample and run buffers (2 gels, 35 min at 250 V const.). It can be used under native and denaturing conditions. The separation range is from 30 up to 200 kDa.
