for automatic control and monitoring of the mill and for continuous measurement of gas pressure and temperature directly in the EASY GTM grinding bowls. The PULVERISETTE 7 premium line planetary micro mill is controlled either on the mill via the clearly arranged touch display or with the MillControl software. The software offers the user everything he can control on the machine itself, but adds further aspects to the operation of the planetary micromill: control and graphic display: of the target/actual speed and the recorded power definition of grindings: Furthermore, with the help of SOPs, the user can define grinding processes with different parameters (e.g. 2 x 2 min at 900 rpm with breaks of 6 min, then 3 x 1 min at 1200 rpm with 8 min break and finally 2 x 3 min at 600 rpm). SOPs: The SOPs can be saved and recalled at any time, which allows standardized execution of grinding operations for recurring grinding tasks under identical conditions. The evaluation of the grindings as well as the graphical representation of the results can be defined in such a way that standardized reports with the respective parameters of interest can be generated. Archive function: MillControl also includes an archive function, which can be used to access previous grindings at any time and compare them with more recent grindings, for example, which is of particular interest to the pharmaceutical industry. Easy installation: The software is delivered on a USB stick, can be installed easily and is suitable for Windows 7, XP and Vista.
