Fritsch® Sieve ring P-14 stainless steel 2 mm trapezoidal hole d = 90 mm

Sieve rings determine the final fineness of the specimen. Sieve rings with trapezoidal perforations and round perforations are available. Sieve rings with trapezoidal perforations provide additional comminution through increased shearing action. Sieve rings with round perforation are recommended for comminution of brittle materials and materials of medium fineness with narrow grain width band. Sieve rings with reinforcing rings for high loads are also offered.
