ep Dualfilter T.I.P.S. filter tips are filter tips with contamination protection through a two-phase filter. The two filter layers made of flexible, hydrophobic material fit perfectly into the tip cone and retain almost 100% of all aerosols1 and biomolecules. This filtering effect is achieved by different, clearly defined pore sizes. The layer facing the sample provides protection against drops, splashes and aerosols. The layer facing the tip cone of the pipette serves as a second barrier against contamination and reliably binds biomolecules. A defined air flow rate ensures complete sample recovery and familiar fast pipetting.
