In this way, even hazardous media, e.g. acetone, ethanol, methanol, etc., can be safely filled and precisely metered via the drain cock. When used with oxygen-sensitive or ultra-pure media, operation with inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible. The barrel screw connection and the stopcocks hermetically seal the barrel and the pump. This means that no solvent-containing vapors can escape after filling - protecting the health of users and the environment. The transportable dispensing system allows flexible working. It consists of a barrel pump and a suspendable pressure control unit that adjusts the inlet pressure and provides additional safety against misapplication. A pressure gauge allows visual control of the inlet pressure. The pump can be easily fixed in the drum by means of a drum screw connection. The compressed air or nitrogen connection (3-10 bar) can be made via a mobile or stationary compressed air supply.
