DURAN® staining frame, 70 x 88 x 40 mm Microscopy is a method of viewing objects that are beyond the resolution of the human eye. Objects to be examined are magnified to such an extent that they can be visualized. For sample preparation, the objects to be examined are cut into very thin slices. These slices are then placed on a slide and covered with a coverslip and appropriate solutions. To view the sections under the microscope, the sections on the slide must be stained in a staining trough filled with an appropriate staining solution.
