SERVA Uncolored Protein Standard IV 500 pcs

SERVA Unstained Protein Standard IV is a mixture of 12 unstained proteins in the molecular weight range of 10 to 200 kDa (when separated on an SDS Tris-Glycine gel). The 25 kDa and 85 kDa bands have double intensity for easier assignment after gel staining.
The standard is ready-to-use, i.e., no reconstitution or dilution is necessary.
SERVA Unstained Protein Standard IV can be used for molecular weight determination in SDS-PAGE gel as well as for transfer efficiency testing in Western blotting.
The marker is stable for up to 2 weeks at 25 °C and up to 3 months at + 4 °C.
Recommended application volume for a minigel: 5 µl/trace.
