SERVA Protein Test Mix 6 for SDS PAGE 10 mg

Molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE.
Dissolve in SDS sample buffer (125 mM Tris-HCl pH 6.8, 2% SDS , 15% glycerol, 10 mM DTT, 0.025% bromophenol blue, 0.025% orange G). Final concentration: 1 mg/ml.
Application volume for SERVA Blue G, SERVA Blue R or Coomassie® staining : 5 µl/trace^.
For silver staining, pre-dilute e.g. with SERVA Silver Staining Kit 1:5 in 1x sample buffer, application volume: 5 µl/trace.
