SERVA Protein Test Mix 4 for SDS PAGE 10 mg

Molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE. BSA contains oligomers as well as monomers. Dissolve in SDS sample buffer (125 mM Tris-HCl pH 6.8, 2 % SDS , 15 % glycerol, 10 mM DTT, 0.025 % bromophenol blue, 0.025 % orange G). Final concentration: 1 mg/ml. Application volume for SERVA Blue G, SERVA Blue R or ^Coomassie® staining: 5 µl/trace.
For silver staining, e.g. pre-dilute with SERVA Silver Staining Kit 1:5 in 1x sample buffer, application volume: 5 µl/trace.
