Possible biotech uses include filling sterile media from one container to another using a peristaltic pump. The two polypropylene feed-through connectors are angled at the top and straight at the bottom. The connector is ideal for soft elastic tubing (such as Viton, Tygon or Silicone) with an inner diameter of 6-9mm. Also available is an optional vent with and without syringe attachment filter.
