Testo® 176 T3 - Data logger for temperature

The robust metal housing of the data logger for temperature testo 176 T3 allows it to be used in industrial and craft applications, e.g. for monitoring processes. You can measure the temperature at up to four points simultaneously - e.g. to measure the supply and return temperatures of radiators in parallel. This is because up to four thermocouple sensors can be connected to the data logger (TE type K, type T or type J temperature sensors). You can select the thermocouple sensors from our large range of sensors and order them directly when purchasing the data logger. The advantage of thermocouple sensors is that they are very responsive and cover a wide measuring range. For example, depending on the model selected, the TE Type K temperature sensor can be used to record particularly low temperatures (down to -195 °C) or to perform high-temperature measurements (up to +1000 °C). This allows you to measure in deep freezers as well as check industrial processes in the high temperature range. The memory of the data logger for temperature records up to 2 million measured values and can therefore be used for long-term measurements without having to read out the data logger too often. Its battery life, which lasts up to 8 years, also makes the data logger a practical tool for continuous measurements. Technical features and practical benefits The data logger for temperature testo 176 T3 has a metal housing; which equips it well for applications in industry. With the housing, the data logger is very robust and according to protection class IP 65, it is also protected against ingress of dust as well as against water jets. Thus, the data logger can be used for temperature in dirty and dusty environment. When you perform cleaning at the measurement site; you do not need to remove the logger from the measurement site. When using the data logger, you can rely on high data security. Even if the battery is empty and if you change the battery - which you can do yourself - the stored measured values will not be lost. You can choose between three software variants: Software ComSoft Basic - available free of charge (as a download) - is used for quick programming of the data logger and for simple data analysis Software ComSoft Professional - can be ordered for a fee - offers you several options; to analyze the measured temperature values in detail Software ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 - can be ordered for a fee - optimally suited for use in the pharmaceutical sector with the special requirements according to CFR 21 Part 11 Programming and reading out the data logger for temperature is done with the help of a USB cable, which is not included in the scope of delivery. The cable can also be used to transfer the measurement data to your PC. Alternatively, an SD card can be used for this purpose. You can order both when purchasing your data logger.
