Ideal for laboratories and safety cabinets where gas and open flames cannot be used. Resistant The unique double tube system made of robust quartz glass and wear-resistant ceramic reaches the optimum annealing temperature of 900°C (1650°F) after only a few minutes. To anneal, simply hold the inoculation loop in the ceramic annealing tube. The inoculation loop is sterilized after 5-7 seconds. An integrated splash guard ensures greater safety when handling pathogenic material. Even contamination is no problem. The ceramic annealing tube can be easily removed from the quartz glass heating element for separate cleaning. Made of stainless steel all around, the SteriMax withstands even extreme laboratory conditions. Flexible and safe. Exclusive angle adjustment allows self-fixing position adjustment of the annealing tube. The low and stable housing allows comfortable working; the unique design protects the work surface from contamination. Excellent passive safety: After prolonged use, a residual heat indicator signals that the surface of the annealing tube is hot, protecting against burns.
