SERVA BCIP/NBT ready-to-use substrate for immunohistochemistry and blotting 100 ml

One-component substrate solution for the detection of alkaline phosphatase in immunohistochemical, blotting and in situ hybridization procedures. A very fine, blue-violet precipitate forms in tissue sections at sites of AP activity. Purple bands or dots become visible on membranes at sites of AP activity. Contains a proprietary enhancer and non-toxic stabilizer that ensure high substrate sensitivity and consistently good results.
