Special cleaner For cleaning and degreasing of disassembled and undisassembled machines, tools, equipment and parts in industry and trade. TICKOPUR R 60 is specially designed for cleaning in SONOREX ultrasonic equipment, but can also be used for immersion, wiping and high-pressure cleaning. When used properly, it ensures fast cleaning that is gentle on the material. TICKOPUR R 60 removes: coking residues, gumming, soot, greases, oils, waxes, pigments, paint haze, drilling, grinding, polishing and lapping residues from metal (not for light metal, tin and zinc), glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber etc. TICKOPUR R 60 contains a temporary corrosion protection for ferrous metals. Insert hollow objects in such a way that the air escapes completely from the cavities. Reaction time depends on the type and stubbornness of the contamination. Thoroughly rinse the objects to be cleaned with water immediately after cleaning, or with deionized water to remove residues. Material compatibility Alkali-sensitive materials such as light metals, tin, zinc and non-ferrous metals may be attacked. Preliminary tests on the resistance of these parts are recommended.
