Neutral cleaner For particularly gentle cleaning and degreasing of dismantled and undismantled machines, tool, glass and ceramic parts in industry, trade and laboratories. TICKOPUR R 30 is specially designed for cleaning in SONOREX ultrasonic equipment, but can also be used for immersion, wiping and high-pressure cleaning. When used properly, it ensures fast cleaning that is gentle on the material. TICKOPUR R 30 removes: light grinding, polishing and lapping residues, oil- and grease-like soiling, soot etc. from parts and equipment made of metal, also light metal, glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber etc. Application concentration Application with ultrasound Dosage: 1 - 5 % Sonication time: 1 - 10 minutes Temperature: 20 - 80 °C Material compatibility TICKOPUR R 30 is suitable for all materials and has a high material compatibility. Preliminary tests on the resistance of highly sensitive materials are recommended. Application instructions Ensure complete wetting of the objects to be cleaned. Place hollow objects in such a way that the air escapes completely from the cavities. Concentration and exposure time depend on the type and stubbornness of the contamination.
