Deoxidizer for ultrasound ready for use - acidic - cyanide-free Use only in the application vessel TICKOPUR J 80 U for deoxidizing and cleaning of non-ferrous and precious metals in craft, industry and laboratories. When used properly, a fast and material-protecting deoxidation and cleaning is guaranteed. TICKOPUR J 80 U is especially designed for deoxidation and cleaning in SONOREX ultrasonic units, but also for immersion and wiping application. TICKOPUR J 80 U removes: oxide and sulfide layers, fluxes, oils and greases from parts made of precious metals and their alloys, copper, bronze, brass such as jewelry, coins, art objects, etc. Jewelry with pearls, corals and amber as well as gold-plated and silver-plated objects can be attacked. Deoxidize different metals in separate containers. Application without ultrasound Exposure time: less than 3 minutes Temperature: room temperature Application instructions Fill the tank of the ultrasonic bath with contact liquid, e.g. TICKOPUR R 33 - 3 %. Pour TICKOPUR J 80 U into an insert vessel (e.g. beaker) and suspend it in the ultrasonic bath. The exposure time should not exceed 30 seconds in the ultrasonic bath or 3 minutes in the immersion or wiping bath. Do not heat additionally. Immediately after cleaning, rinse the items to be cleaned thoroughly with water, or with deionized water to remove residues, and dry. Material compatibility Keep deoxidation time to a minimum.
