STAMMOPUR GR Instrument Basic Cleaner Concentrate for manual basic cleaning of medical and dental instruments, accessories and components of medical devices for use in ultrasonic bath. The preparation is used in the process of reconditioning instruments in the AEMP (reprocessing unit for medical devices) in clinics and medical and dental practices. The application takes place outside the regular instrument reprocessing. At a glance - Concentrate - Removes tarnish, metal oxides, rust, mineral residues such as lime, impurities burnt in by sterilization, stains - Use only in the application vessel - Biodegradable - Not for regular instrument reprocessing Material compatibility and impurities STAMMOPUR GR has a high material compatibility. However, due to its formulation in the highly acidic range, it is not suitable for acid-sensitive materials such as light metals and damaged chrome plating. Removes - tarnish, - metal oxides (e.g. rust), - mineral residues (e.g. lime,), - impurities and stains burnt in by sterilization from the following materials - stainless steel, - precious metal, - titanium, - glass, - porcelain, - ceramics and plastic. Application The exclusively professional users are trained specialists. STAMMOPUR GR has a very high cleaning effect, which, however, becomes effective only in connection with the ultrasonic action in the ultrasonic bath and increased temperature (50-60 °C). The application is carried out exclusively in the ultrasonic bath in the indirect process in application vessels, such as e.g. plastic hanging basins or beakers. STAMMOPUR R, 2 % (medical) or TICKOMED 1, 1 % (dental) can be used as contact liquid in the ultrasonic bath. Dosage and contact time Dosage: in ultrasonic bath: 5% without ultrasound: --- Contact time: in ultrasonic bath: 3-10 min without ultrasound: --- Temperature: 50-60 °C Composition per 100g: > 10 % phosphoric acid, 1-< 10 % non-ionic surfactants, 1-< 10 % cationic surfactants Product pH range: strongly acidic The application is carried out diluted with water of at least drinking water quality. Additives must not be mixed into the cleaning solution. Special instructions Do not treat optics, light guides and bonded parts with ultrasound. Do not treat drills and other rotating small instruments with STAMMOPUR GR. Non-medical use: STAMMOPUR GR can be used for cleaning of industrial safety equipment and parts of diving equipment (breathing apparatus) under the same conditions of use as described in the ultrasonic bath. P305+P351+P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue to rinse.
