STAMMOPUR 24 Intensive cleaning and disinfection Application for PPE and respirators STAMMOPUR 24 is a VAH-listed concentrate for manual reprocessing of personal protective equipment (PPE), especially for respirators, goggles and face shields, in ultrasonic baths as well as in immersion baths. It is also used in non-medical laboratories for laboratory equipment and instruments. The material compatibility of STAMMOPUR 24 in ultrasonic bath on respiratory shields of MSA AUER GmbH is confirmed by an expert opinion of EXAM Fachstelle für Atemschutz. STAMMOPUR 24 is notified as a biocide according to the Biocides Directive (Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012). Application as a medical device STAMMOPUR 24 is a concentrate for manual disinfecting, non-fixing intensive cleaning and chemical disinfection of general, surgical, invasive and non-invasive medical instruments and accessories, as well as laboratory equipment and laboratory instruments, provided that they are classified as medical devices, in an ultrasonic bath as well as in an immersion bath process. The preparation is used in the process of instrument reprocessing in the AEMP (reprocessing unit for medical devices) in the clinic and doctor's office. For critical and semi-critical medical devices, further reprocessing steps are required, do not use for final disinfection. Due to the formulation in the mild-alkaline range, within the limits of the exposure times, the preparation is also suitable for light metals. Cleans manually, disinfecting, non-fixing and intensive from the following materials of PPE and respirators: - metal, - light metals, - titanium, - rubber and plastic. of medical instruments: - metal, - light metals, - titanium, - glass, - porcelain, - ceramics and plastic. Application The exclusively professional users are trained personnel. STAMMOPUR 24 has a very high cleaning effect. In the ultrasonic bath it leads in the multitude of applications to a time reduction of the cleaning process. The time reduction of the disinfection by the ultrasonic effect, which has been confirmed by an expert, additionally leads to an overall shortening of the reprocessing process. STAMMOPUR 24 is not compatible with aldehydic preparations. These must be thoroughly removed from cleaning materials and accessories before using STAMMOPUR 24. For the pre-cleaning of respiratory masks TICKOPUR R 33 has proved to be suitable. The service life of the disinfectant solution has been extended to three days by expert opinion. Dosage and exposure times Application with ultrasound: Bactericidal, levurocidal, limited virucidal incl. H5N1 1 % - 15 min or 2 % - 5 min Application without ultrasound: Bactericidal, levurocidal: 1 % - 60 min Bactericidal, levurocidal, limited virucidal incl. H5N1 and additionally against SV 40: 2 % - 30 min or 3 % - 15 min Temperature: prepare cold and do not heat up additionally (max. 45 °C) Composition per 100 g: 9.9 g bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecaylamine, 8.4 g didecyl methyl polyoxyethyl ammonium propionate, < 30% butane-1,4-diol, 5-15 % butyl diglycol, 5-15 % nonionic surfactants, < 5 % piperazine, complexing agents, pH regulators. Product pH range: mildly alkaline Application is diluted with water of at least drinking water quality. Additives must not be mixed into the solution. Special instructions Do not treat optics, light guides and bonded parts with ultrasound. Hazard statements H302 Harmful if swallowed. H314 Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
