Bandelin® SONOPULS DZ 300 E flow-through vessel

Flow-through sonication vessels made of stainless steel for direct sonication for emulsifying, mixing or homogenizing. The flow-through sonication vessel is mounted directly on the external thread of the stage or booster horn. The liquid is pumped from below against the sonicating surface of the horn, passes directly through the cavitation field and exits the chamber through the outlet. Recirculation sonication is also possible. The degree of sonication depends on the set amplitude as well as the flow rate.
