Powerful control unit for steriMIXdrive stirrer drives, with powerful 20 W stirring power and mixWATCH stirring rod monitoring (without speed reduction). SoftStart function for reliable catching/centering and safe acceleration of the stirring rod, adjustable interval function for time-dependent restart adjustable interval times for automatic restart of the stirrer after up to 240 seconds. 20 W stirring power, speed range from 100 to 1,200 rpm, jerk-free stirring even at low speeds, 4-stage power setting (25/50/75/100%). Digital display for speed and interval setting, QuickSet for fast setting of initial or maximum speed, QuickStop function against overrun and glass breakage, saving of last function status when switched off. Interfaces (0-10 V, 4-20 mA, RS232, USB, Ethernet, OPC UA, LADS-oriented), other housing (e.g. for DIN rail mounting) and software modifications according to customer requirements on request. 2mag mixWATCH stirrer monitoring with automatic adjustment of max. achievable speed for reliable unattended operation of the stirrer. An absolute novelty is the integrated non-contact stirring bar monitoring mixWATCH. As soon as the magnetic coupling between the magnetic stirrer and the stirring rod is lost due to a speed that is set too high or changing viscosities, the stirrer is stopped, the stirring rod is re-centered and gently accelerated again. The process is repeated until the system is running reliably. mixWATCH ensures a very high level of operational safety, e.g. with containers and vessels that cannot be seen, but also with unattended operation overnight. mixWATCH is integrated as standard in 2mag steriMIXcontrol. 3 years warranty on all material and manufacturing defects, developed and made in Germany.
