SERVA VisiBlot Standard I, 500 µl

VisiBlot Standard I is a mixture of recombinant proteins in the molecular weight range from 25 kDa to 150 kDa. The protein bands at 25 kDa, 45 kDa and 85 kDa are pre-stained for better visibility during electrophoresis. The other 5 proteins possess IgG binding sites, so these proteins are easily detectable via antibody detection on the Western blot membrane. Since these proteins are not covalently labeled with dyes, they allow accurate assignment of molecular weight. The recommended application volume for a minigel is 5 µl/trace.
