The SERVAGel™ TG PRiME™ 4 - 12 % ready-to-use gel has a proprietary modified tris/glycine buffer system that not only guarantees a significantly extended shelf life compared to classical Laemmli tris/glycine gels, but also allows short electrophoresis times when using standard tris/glycine sample and run buffers (2 gels, 35 min at 350 V const.). It can be used under native and denaturing conditions. The separation range is from 30 up to 300 kDa.
